Beach Hut resides to accomplish only one goal, which is to provide premium services to its customer. They strive to change the Beach culture in this country by providing luxurious and quality defined beach events catering to families, friends, and corporate retreats.
The Beach Hut sought to rebrand itself as more than just a nice place to stay, but as a one-of-a-kind experience. They desired increased consumer engagement and more importantly an efficient and automated client booking system that did not rely upon a predated call-based system which was the norm at the time. This caused multiple issues when it came to securing clients and managing them however, V Media knew how to tackle this issue and thus engaged TBH.
V Media designed a 6 month roadmap on steps to be taken for maximum TOM (top of mind) recall after going back and forth on the problems faced by TBH. The hotel’s distinctive characteristics, as well as weddings, meetings, business retreats, and events, were featured on its newly designed website designed by V Media. While distinct marketing plans were designed catering to corporate, family, friends and miscellaneous events. Most importantly however, a first of its kind online booking system was developed for TBH that allowed easier allocation and management for bookings and set a precedent for all beach huts in Pakistan.
V Medias Omni channel and multi-direction marketing resulted in very high piques interest and awareness which accumulated into a mass number of conversions for the hut which we primarily got through our first-of-its-kind online booking system thus successfully tackling all the problems faced by TBH.
Taking a quarterly comparison post-implementations the clients recorded and increased brand engagement by 64%, organic traffic by 42%, and RFP for event queries & bookings by 83%. Moreover, Website Traffic grew by 134%, and a 76% Increase in Overall Brand Awareness.
